A Crying Man!

You know what's the rarest creature in this world- "A crying man"! 

Our society and its preassumptions are such that if a man cries, it shows that he is weak inside. Growing up, I've always looked through things closely and deeply. I have always seen people discussing the tears of men over women. 

Since my childhood, I have always wondered, why can't men cry if women can? We always discuss of equality. So why doesn't it apply here also? My mind- it always keeps wandering here and there. Sometimes, around people, and many times overthinking! Damn, I think many a time it's not good. But you can't be a writer without being an overthinker! 

The worst thing I've found is that men hesitate to admit their vulnerabilities. They hide a lot. Maybe due to insecurity, their tears will be judged. And here comes the role of love which allows you to admit your vulnerabilities and forces you to be what you are! But people lack here. Not feeling loved enough is the most dangerous disease of this generation as per the research. 

But, my point of view is that Not just man, everyone who is a part of this world must be what he/she is. No pretentions, just raw, and real. See, I am a man. But yes! I've no hesitation to admit that I do cry at the silliest things. Expressing my emotions, and feeling them deeply is my core nature. Yes, sometimes I am an overexpressive one too. But that also goes with my core nature. And I don't think I am weak. I can take my stand and put my opinion with any number of people. I am strong enough that I can go through any deterioration on my own. I can gulp any pain but will never let it intervene with what's important for the time being. 

And, I wonder about a world where people are not misunderstood. They are free to be the way they are. No boundaries and preassumed laws are imposed based on gender, race, or religion. Just being a human being is all that it needs. Mutual love, compassion for each other, kindness, and understanding. That's all we need to love, live, grow, and be at peace. To pace, it needs peace. A crying man is also a beautiful and lovable creature just as a crying woman is. Everyone has a beating heart. 

To a man- oh! you don't need to think twice if you feel like crying. I ask you to cry until your tears run dry. Taking everything out that's bothering you is all that you need to feel free, and light. 

To a woman- you're beautiful. I know that you feel a lot....maybe more than a man does. But, you also need not hide what's bothering you, just in fear of being judged.

People need to understand that there is someone for everyone. All that you need is to express. They will understand and will also give you their shoulder to cry. Cry until you feel light. You are loved, and not alone!
