☆ So, here i am back to discuss over one of our innate flaws.... "iteration/repetition of the same mistakes again and again..🤦♂️.."
• I know, everyone of us goes through this cycle of repeating the mistakes even after hardly willing not to. You know....it's all a matter of the comfort zone and the mode in which our mind keeps switching itself. I am gonna give you a grasp over it through the plot of "WE AND THE EXAMINATIONS".... cuz, we are all well aware of it..😌...
▪︎ Let's see the vicious cycle through which this process comes into play:-
Let's assume that our examination is months to go. Now, try to read the mode of your brain.....it will be like...."there is enough time to prepare buddy....let's take a chill pill and will come into the active mode the next morning.You know....we do the same thing again and again even after worrying consciously and continually about the upcoming days and future too. But, we keep fooling our brain by denying the actual need of the hour.....for the sake of our comfort zone and laziness. This leads to the prolonged procrastination which finally pushes us into the dirth. You know! This is the very situation which keeps residing in us till the date we reach the verge of the anxiety that how will the things be done now??.....it's too late..😱.. Yup! It's also a truth that many of us manage to cope up with the situations and somehow can get upto somewhat a good point (Those who has always been a last day type of person.....like me🤦♂️).... But, let me be very clear with my words to say that....the best never comes out of you in such fast running situations. The best needs a calm, quite and settled mindset, which is a matter of long run only. Don't you think that it's too wrong and bizzare?? You see, whenever we appear in exams after all these tantrums ....everytime we swear to not to commit the same mistake again. And we think like....now onwards we'll do the things in the right way since the day 1 itself. But, what happens again??....we commit the same mistakes again and finally it pushes us into the same feelings of discontent and anxities..🥺.. This cycle keeps repeating and we keep bothering ourselves again and agian.
In short it's an indirect form of PROLONGED PROCASTINATION only..🤦♂️..
▪︎ Now, the question arises....then how to avoid this trap?? (PS:- Though i myself have not been able to get over this to the fullest...but, whatever a little bit i've learned from my experiences, let me jot them down here):-
1.)I think, the first and the foremost thing needed is ...."A CLEAR GOAL" .
2.)Secodnly, we must also be well aware of all the alterations which are supposed to come in the midway of the road to success.
3.) Knowing ourselves ....the flaws and the capabilities is the most vital aspect.
4.) We must have a clear planner based on the previous three points.... (made after putting each and every aspect of our lives in the same frame ....i.e. a realistic one).
5.) Having the will and a burning desire to properly execute the plans in the most efficient way is the most important aspect.
6.) Point 5 can be outshined in the best way....only when we'll be clear with the need of the current moment.....that plays the most cruicial role. Because each step adds to get us to the final step of success.
7.)*In reference to point 3:- To know ourselves in the best way....WRITING IS THE BEST POSSIBLE PATHWAY....so far as my experiences are concerned with this consistent writing journey since 10/03/21's morning....when i jotted down my article 1.
8.) We must have proper checks and measures over the graph of our journeys. And in order to do this it in the best way.....having a person by your side who can read your diary entries regularly is a blessing. And if you are not blessed with the same.....you can become your own companion..🙌..
9.) Never run behind the perfection....it's the most disastrous mindset to avoid.....let the things be the way they are. Our foucus should be to become a bit less wrong than we were a day before.
10.) The most vital trap to avoid is....wishful thinking ....where we think about the things in a way ....they aren't acrually.....for the sake of satisfaction that....we're on the right page with our aspirations. Accepting all your flaws, fears and failure.....gives you strength and positivity to carry on. Have guts for the acceptance of you as you actually are....and of the things too.....teh same way they are. You will reac a step closer to happiness and satisfaction..😁..
